Robin has been helping investors find investment opportunities in the UK property market since 2009.
Having been to Hong Kong and worked with Chinese and Ex Pat communities he is well versed in qualifying great deals and often totally exclusive to the investor.
With experience in all asset classes: HMOs, Purpose Built Student Accommodation, Private Rental Sector, Hotels and Commercial investments, Robin spent 4 years working as director of a buy to let and management company and since 2014 has been working with developers to raise equity, debt, mezzanine finance for their projects.
Carole Orchard
Operations Director
Carole has 3 years experience in Estate agency : negotiator; sales progression, contract management, viewings, client management.
Carole also has two years experience as a PA and line manager within the NHS.
She spent 5 years in regulated finance services, from mortgage broking (Choice Mortgages) to banking (Halifax), to insurance (RAC).
3 of those years were spent working in risk & regulatory; second line defence within the CMS.
1 year as a Teaching Assistant for children with special educational needs and disabilities, ages 11-16.
1 year Secondary Computer Science Teacher (NQT) working for Olympus Academy Trust teaching mixed ability students age 11-18 (key stages 3, 4 and 5).
Law degree from Bristol Law School at UWE.

Born and raised in Mainland China and fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, Rebecca came to the UK in 2002 to study International Business with Computer Studies and passed her degree with honours.
She then worked as a freelance consultant advising on business development between the UK and Chinese businesses and assisted a UK property company sell investment opportunities off-plan from developers in great UK locations
Rebecca has two children and is currently involved in Montessori education at The Elms School in Greater Malvern.
